Refund policy

Our products are digital and are available to download as soon as you pay. Because they cannot be returned, our policy is as follows.

When we refund

• The file is faulty or damaged and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• The product is materially different from its description on our website.
• You were charged more than once for the same product.

Please contact us within [7] days of your purchase.

When we do not refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the product.
• The product does not suit a purpose we did not describe.
• You did not use the instructions or support we provide.

How to ask

Email: admin.flowpilot@gmail.com with your order email address and a short note about the problem. We will reply within [2] working days. Where possible we will first try to fix the problem.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show, often several working days.

Your legal rights

This policy does not remove any rights you have under Singapore consumer law.
