Pro ($49/mo): unlimited leads with routing across staff, WhatsApp notifications, automatic invoicing with reminders. Agency ($149/mo): everything in Pro plus multi-staff routing pools and onboarding tracking. Pricing and sign-up happen on its own page, not through the usual cart.
